About
The website is managed and owned by Sajid Siraj. Born a long time ago in the historical city of Lahore. A brief summary of my research in simplistic way:
Compare two-at-a-time for better decisions
To err is human… does this stop us making decisions? We are here revealing the true preferences hidden in our not-so-perfect minds. Pairwise comparison is a divide-and-conquer strategy to compare only two options at a time. This is a no brainer; our minds perform better when we have fewer things to worry for.
Every morning, you get dressed in a hurry. Imagine a tiny gadget selecting the dress for you by asking simple questions. It appears trivial at first sight, but our judgments are often inconsistent. No offense but our parliament proves to be a good example. It often involves errors, uncertainty and biases.
There exist methods to handle inconsistent judgments; however, we deal this problem with the help of indirect judgments. When you rate pasta three times better than curry and curry two times better than pizza; you have indirectly rated the pasta as six times better than the pizza. This turns complicated when several dishes come on the table, making these comparisons inconsistent.
We are creating new method to find best rankings with the help of computers, mathematics, and psychology. You may not apply this on your dining table; but it will certainly help your businesses and parliaments including multiple decision-makers, each dealing with several options.
Our method offers multiple solutions, where all those solutions are equally good. No other method exists that offers you this flexibility of having multiple equally-good solutions. Further research is in process to build this tool.
